Baby T's First Birthday Cake Smash Portrait Session
I was super excited when T's mom called to book his first birthday portrait session. She requested a Mickey Mouse themed cake smash session and had already bought two super cute outfits, one of which had a hat. Squeal! I love cake smash sessions!! I recommended a nice shady park on the water where we could take some photos of she & baby T first and then give T his first birthday cake. T was in a great mood when he and mom got to the park so I was able to get some super cute shots of them snuggling.
T had enough snuggling as he spied the multi-colored streamers flapping in the wind. He couldn't wait to play in the streamers!
T wasn't super happy about the wardrobe change but it was worth it. The outfit mom found on Etsy was sooo cute! Don't you think so? T didn't keep the tie on for long but that's ok. It would have been covered in cake anyways.
T wasn't too sure if he was supposed to touch the cake at first but once he realized it was ok to eat it he went all in, lol!
